We helped New Belgium launch Voodoo Ranger IPA on social in 2019, developing over 20 campaigns and characters for the brand- including TV spots, a film festival, a tattoo stunt, and an online shop for the rabid following we built on social.

Once we built a following, we built a campaign to spread Rangerousness far and wide.





SKIN x BONES TATTOO SERIES
To make Voodoo's limited edition beer a permanent fixture, we held a contest where fans could win Juicifer IPA tattoos. Over 666 people signed up, and the four lucky winners traveled from all over the country to bid their naked flesh goodbye to the Little Black Church tattoo artists.






THE VOODOO RANGER
ACTION FIGURE
In 2020, we reincarnated Voodoo Ranger into an action figure and they instantly sold out.
In 2021, the action figures were restocked with a contest: The Pint Size Film Festival.




PINT SIZE FILM FESTIVAL

Over 50 of the world's best animators participated in a film festival that featured the Voodoo Ranger action figure as the hero. The winner won a stack of cash and their film was featured on Adult Swim.






THE TALLSMAN TROPHY
There's a beer that stands just a bit taller than the competition. And that beer is an Imperial tallboy that clocks in at 9% ABV. To honor those with a spirit that's just as bold, we forged a Tallsman Trophy, to be given away to those with the most impressive displays of Rangerousness.




RECYCLING PALE ALES
When Garbage Pail Kids grow up this is what they become. Core memories were recharged when we created limited edition cards and gave them out to our most Rangerous fans.


HOP NUTS
One lucky fan un-neutered their commuter with the big hop energy of Captain Dynamite. This one-of-a-kind collector's item was auctioned off to fans in the comments.




THE V-SHIRT COLLECTION
Every month we released a new limited-edition tee. For every drop we worked with a different artist who displayed their own brand of Rangerousness.


DRY JANUARY PSA
For many, January is a time to make resolutions. So we fought back against the typical "new year, new me" themes with an anti-Dry January campaign. Fans called in and reported hundreds of violators. Justice was served.




JUICE FORCE IPA
What's better than 9.5% ABV with a delicious juice flavor? Turns out nothing is, and Juice Force IPA was the most successful launch in the history of craft beer.



RANGER HANDBOOK
Every Ranger worth his salt has a handbook to guide 'em through life's more challenging moments. This series gave our fans a "how to" version on living their most Rangerous lives.







FUTURE HOP IPA
The future of Voodoo Ranger was in our hands so we flexed our sensitive, smooth side to add some depth to a new character.



1985 IPA
1985 IPA quickly became America's favorite summertime beer. And after a year of fans begging and pleading for it, New Belgium re-launched the favorite and beer nerds everywhere rejoiced.
